Job Summary:
Preferred Care at Absecon is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Tech to support the Maintenance Director in maintenance and safety operations of our nursing home facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the environment is clean, safe, and fully operational for residents, staff, and visitors, in accordance with all state and federal regulations.
Maintenance Tech Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the maintenance department
Perform hands-on maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry tasks
