The Opportunity

A State Government Department is seeking a motivated and resilient Maintenance Support Officer to join their Maintenance Response Centre for the Far North Queensland Region on a temporary basis. This role plays a critical part in supporting maintenance service delivery through frontline call handling, accurate administration, and high-quality customer service.

Working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment, you will manage incoming enquiries, process service requests, and ensure information is accurately recorded and actioned.
