Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Job Description Position Summary : The Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Lead is an hourly position. The incumbent's primary duty is to ensure that all equipment and machinery in the plant's production facilities are installed and maintained in optimum operating and safety condition. It is the responsibility of the incumbent to perform his/her regular scheduled maintenance functions with the minimum of disruption to the plant's production process. The incumbent has to respond to emergency situations and perform work that cannot be performed during normal plant operating hours. Duties include maintaining preventative maintenance programs, spare parts inventory and prioritizing work of maintenance technicians.
