Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor maintains a safe, attractive, and efficient physical facility through managing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all building equipment and grounds.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures safety of residents by regularly maintaining equipment and furniture and by providing general upkeep to the residence and its systems.
• Responsible for the hiring, training, performance review and discipline of maintenance and, where applicable, housekeeping staff.
