SUMMARY
Maintenance supervisors are responsible for directly supervising 10-12 employees and ensuring the safety and well-being of those assigned to them. They are responsible for maintaining all types of mechanical equipment in a chemical production facility. All job assignments are to be accomplished with specific safety instructions. 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the quantity and quality of craft maintenance and general labor, as their principal accountability, and the utilization of maintenance manpower in their assigned area per the area’s process safety and mechanical integrity policies.
