Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for trailers, and prime movers

· Ensure vehicles are maintained according to manufacturer and company standards

· Handle vehicle accidents/breakdowns and coordinate repairs promptly

· Supervise workshop staff, mechanics, and technicians

· Monitor spare parts usage and inventory control

· Ensure compliance with JPJ, PUSPAKOM, insurance, and safety regulations

· Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

· Control maintenance costs and recommend improvements

· Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and proper tool usage

· Coordinate with the operations team to reduce vehicle downtime

· It is important that the work instructions are followed at all times
