About the Role
What you will be doing:
Working with Team Members - ensure a safe work environment by coaching safe work practices, participating in safety observations & incident reviews, training & development and enforcing safety expectations.
Build your team with relationships based upon trust, caring and integrity and assist with career development of Team Members.
Work collaboratively with operations, project development & planning, quality and procurement Teams to effectively maintain mill equipment.
Participate in full-cycle process of identifying, planning, installing and reviewing capital projects and equipment maintenance.
Work with reliability & maintenance planning to coordinate preventative & predictive maintenance programs to achieve uptime targets.
Responding to changing priorities and operating conditions to meet business needs
