Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description :

Report to: Maintenance Manager

• Resolves day to day technical problems on the production line and ensures equipment and machinery compliance with production procedures and process specification related to mechanical, instrumental and electrical works.
• Coordinate to repair, adjust and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process specifications.
• Inspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and machinery and equipment conform to specification and safety standard.
• Coach and mentor maintenance staff and assist them to diagnose more complex problems with machinery and equipment problems.
• Respond to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption to manufacturing processes.
