Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

The Building Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep, repair, and maintenance of company facilities, including retail stores (stand-alone and warehouse sale locations) and office premises. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment, with particular emphasis on air-conditioning systems and other critical building services.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to all maintenance needs of retail stores, stand-alone outlets, warehouse sale locations, and office facilities

• Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of:

• Air-conditioning and ventilation systems

• Electrical systems

• Plumbing and sanitary systems

• Lighting fixtures and wiring

• Doors, ceilings, walls, flooring, and basic carpentry works

• Coordinate and monitor repair works, renovations, and minor construction activities
