Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Conduct routine inspections of the resort’s facilities, systems, and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, pools, landscaping, and other resort facilities.
• Respond promptly to repair requests or emergencies to minimize downtime and inconvenience to guests.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, front office, etc.) to address maintenance issues and prioritize tasks.
