About the Role
**Primary Functions:**
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to supervise all matters relating to the proper preventive maintenance, repairs, machinery and tools. Directly supervise employees in the Maintenance Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Also it is his/her responsibility to maintain a safe work environment free of any harassment, discrimination, and high on ethical/quality standards and following and modeling the Leadership Attributes as established by Eaton policies & procedures. Also, provides support in the installation of new equipment and layouts.
