Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

• The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure within the cement plant. This role ensures the efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, minimizing downtime and maintaining production targets. The supervisor will lead a team of maintenance personnel, implement preventive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance within the cement industry.
• Strong knowledge of cement plant equipment, including kilns, crushers, mills, and conveyors. (CEMENT)
