Salary range: $79,200-103,950**The salary range listed is a guide for this position and may vary depending on experience, education, geographic location, and other qualifications. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's individual merits and the company's compensation policies.


This position will drive reliability improvements in the Pebble Plant department at the Elmore, OH facility. They will be focused on equipment and process improvements for maintenance and operations. Root cause analysis, FMEA, and data analytics are essential for this role. Risk Management, and Lifecycle Asset Management skills are a must to ensure decisions are data driven. Must have very strong engineering background and excellent communication skills, this position must collaborate with the entire Elmore site.
