About the Role
l Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of plumbing systems including
water lines, drainage, fixtures, and pumps.
l Respond promptly to minor repair requests from residents or management for plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, or broken fixtures.
l Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, faucets, toilets, water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing components in the building's common area.
l Assist in basic civil works such as masonry, waterproofing, tile setting, and minor concrete repairs.
l Conduct preventive maintenance and routine checks in accordance with the property's maintenance schedule.
l Ensure that plumbing and civil works comply with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and building policies.
l Coordinate with contractors and suppliers as needed for specialized repairs or replacements.
l Maintain proper documentation of work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
