About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining landscaping tools, equipment, and materials
- Support team members in completing landscaping and groundskeeping tasks safely and on time
- Help maintain clean, tidy, and well-presented outdoor areas across all properties
- Perform basic landscaping duties such as mowing lawns, trimming edges, watering plants, raking leaves, and removing debris
- Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as directed by the supervisor
- Help monitor irrigation systems and report leaks or faults to management
- Identify and report any visible issues with grounds, pathways, or outdoor areas
- Support minor outdoor repairs (e.g., fences, irrigation hoses) under supervision
- Assist contractors and team members working in outdoor areas, as directed
- Help with event setup in outdoor spaces when required
