Maintenance Operations Manager

D.H. Bader Management is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Operations Manager to support our Maintenance General Manager and oversee the day-to-day coordination of technicians, work orders, and scheduling. This role is critical to the success of the maintenance operation and serves as the operational backbone of the department.

The Operations Manager will own scheduling and dispatch, technician coordination, job flow management, and field systems support. This person ensures technicians are fully utilized, work orders are properly routed and documented, and technology tools (including Quickbase) are being used correctly and consistently.
