The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for all troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance for all equipment and facilities including but not limited to CNC machines, Brake Presses, Punch Presses, Laser, Conveyors and Welding Equipment.
Job Duties:
Performs installation, maintenance and repair activities on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic manufacturing equipment. Adjusts machinery and repairs or replaces defective parts and components.Dismantles and reassemble machines and carries out routine maintenance activities.Performs trouble shooting using standard test equipment, detailed drawings, sketches, specifications, manuals or verbal instructions.Maintains appropriate maintenance and repair logs skills required:
