Maintenance Manager Duties include:
Days (42.5 hours per week). 
Leading an engineering team. 
Daily man management. 
Dealing with external OEMs and Contractors. 
Conduct performance reviews. 
Adhere to health and safety standards. 
PPMs. 
KPI management. 
Maintenance Manager Requirements include: 
Ideally Qualified to HNC or above. 
Previous experience managing engineering teams. 
High-volume manufacturing experience. 
Demonstratable performance. 
A good understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering. 
Excellent communication skills. 
CMMS experience. 
 Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
