Maintenance Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager with proven experience in automotive companies and expertise in plastic injection processes, capable of leading technical teams and ensuring the operational continuity of machinery and facilities.

The main objective of the position is to guarantee the availability, reliability, and stability of critical equipment through a solid preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.

• Design and execute the annual preventive and predictive maintenance plan.

• Supervise critical maintenance and scheduled shutdowns.

• Manage KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, equipment availability, costs, etc.

• Administer the area budget and control spare parts.
