Maintenance Manager

Responsibility

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the organization, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and systems operate efficiently and effectively. Maintenance Operations

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues

Team Leadership

• Manage, mentor, and develop the maintenance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
