About the Role
- Responsible for maintaining and supervision of all building related systems and the building facilities to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with standards and local, state and national rules and regulations, SOP's as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes.
- Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses.
- Implement and schedule property and equipment preventive maintenance programs.
- Responsible for all maintaining issues within the Hotel.
- Plan, coordinate and execute property renovation projects to ensure quality work is performed cost effectively.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment and hotel fixtures and fittings including kitchen and laundry plant.
