Maintenance Manager

Responsible for maintaining and supervision of all building related systems and the building facilities to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with standards and local, state and national rules and regulations, SOP's as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes.

Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses.

Implement and schedule property and equipment preventive maintenance programs.
