Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily electrical maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and scheduled maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues safely and efficiently.
• Manage energy usage, budget, spare parts, and vendor coordination.
• Work closely with production, safety, and other departments to support operations.
• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Handle additional tasks or assignments as needed.
• Prepare maintenance reports, forecasts, and performance data for management.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment history.
