Maintenance Manager - Poultry Farm

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Maintenance Manager - Poultry Farm who is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities on the poultry farm to ensure the efficient operation of equipment, buildings, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, as well as experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians.

• Organizing and coordinating daily duties in terms of maintenance.
• Guiding Assistant Maintenance manager and supervisors to see to their daily duties.
• Identifying maintenance needs and assisting with maintenance.
• Controlling, supervising, and planning house preparation and cleaning.
