The Role
Based in the heart of the Perth CBD, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of a significant property asset. You’ll coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance programs, manage contractors, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to long-term asset planning. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—ranging from troubleshooting building systems to liaising with stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for residents and visitors.
