Maintenance Manager

Ensure the optimal performance of equipment and facilities to guarantee business operational continuity. You will be responsible for maximizing asset lifespan and driving continuous improvement across all maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Budget & Project Management: Oversee maintenance OPEX/CAPEX budgets for equipment, machinery, spare parts, and both local and international services.
• Strategic Asset Management: Define and execute strategies to increase equipment availability and reduce the volume of critical (at-risk) machinery.
• Asset Hierarchy & Classification: Establish a systematized classification of plant assets based on organizational data, hierarchy, and criticality levels.
