At Devyani International Limited (DIL) , we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Maintenance Lead to drive operational excellence across our KFC stores PAN India .
If you have strong multi-unit retail/QSR maintenance experience and a passion for reliability, cost optimization, and ESG impact, this role is for you!
Key Focus Areas:
- Drive equipment uptime & reliability across all KFC stores
- Ensure strong Preventive Maintenance compliance
- Optimize maintenance costs, spare parts, and vendor management
- Lead energy efficiency & ESG initiatives (energy, water, GHG reduction)
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Brand COO, Regional teams & Franchise partners
