Maintenance Handyman / Apprentice Carpenter

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Commercial Maintenance Handyman / Apprentice Carpenters in the Tucson area who are skilled in basic plumbing/electrical, drywall repair, painting, installs, and various other general repairs to handle the upkeep of buildings and maintenance of the day-to-day operations.

Must have:
1. Strong work ethic and reliability
2. The ability to work well Independently and problem-solve
3. General building maintenance and repair experience
4. Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
5. Prior experience as a maintenance technician or carpenter
6. Follow all safety policies and procedures
7. Ability to effectively communicate to staff/owner

Responsibilities include:
1. Servicing different locations/businesses on a weekly basis
