Purpose:
To supervise all maintenance work at the processing plant to ensure plant availability within the legal and engineering framework for the efficient and safe processing and recovery of diamonds.

Technical Skills:
Thorough knowledge of diamond plants and DMS and Recovery circuits
Understanding and applying engineering best practices
Auditing skills
In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the mining and processing sector
Work under pressure and demonstrate a high level of managerial skills as a leader of a team of professionals and department heads
Applicable financial, technical & legal skills& knowledge
