Maintenance / Equipment Engineer

YOUR ROLE

• Sustain and continuously improve the photo process module.
• Follow the established schedule to complete equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Evaluate new equipment for plating improvements and train production technicians to fully handle the new equipment.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of methods, procedures and/or systems that comply with ISO and other applicable requirements.
• Carry out general electrical work, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment in the photo lithography department.
• Help improve tool availability through process stability improvements.
• Liaise with vendors for equipment or process repairs.
• Purchase components and spare parts related to electrical and control items in order to minimize cost.
• Ensure equipment is maintained at an optimum level and quality to minimize issues and downtime.
