Maintenance Engineering Supervisor

We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to take responsibility for the safe and compliant delivery of all engineering, maintenance and asset integrity activity within a Manufacturing business.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a regulated industrial environment. It requires someone methodical, technically credible and comfortable being accountable.

The Role

You will lead the site engineering function day to day, ensuring maintenance, inspection and project work is delivered safely, to standard, on time and within budget.

You’ll be responsible for:

* Delivering and maintaining the site asset integrity programme

* Ensuring all inspection and maintenance activities meet regulatory and company requirements

* Monitoring engineering performance and reporting against agreed KPIs
