About the Role
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical problems
- Respond to technical production issues beyond breakdown repair
- Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently
- Assemble and install production equipment, including imported machinery parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Replicate and rebuild equipment based on references or diagrams
- Support commissioning of new machines
- Assist in new production line setup and expansion
- Provide technical support to production operations
- Participate in equipment improvement and efficiency enhancement activities
- Conduct troubleshooting during production
- Identify equipment improvement opportunities
- Support factory expansion and automation projects
- Coordinate with production team for process optimization
