Maintenance Engineer

About The Role

Maintenance Engineer – This permanent, full‑time position will provide hands‑on technical support to ensure the smooth operation of Chrysos PhotonAssay™ equipment. The role is based in Sodankyla, Finland.

What You Will Do

• Schedule monthly maintenance and respond to breakdowns on short notice to minimize downtime and maximize availability.
• Provide technical support via telephone, email and remote computer login, liaising with Chrysos headquarters and our technology partner in China.
• Train customers on safe operation and maintenance of the equipment.
• Manage spares inventory for each installation site.
• Complete maintenance and spares documentation and provide feedback to customers.
• Assist in the development and continual improvement of maintenance and service processes for PhotonAssay™ systems.
