Maintenance Engineer

Overview

Maintenance Engineer, Multi Skilled Electrical Mechanical with a twist to Electrical to join a well-established engineering team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) to maximise equipment reliability
• Responding to and resolving electrical and mechanical breakdowns efficiently
• Fault-finding on manufacturing machinery and production equipment
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and reducing downtime
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
• Strong electrical bias with good mechanical understanding
• Engineering qualifications, apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds ETC
• Comfortable working a Panama shift pattern (days and nights)
