Maintenance Engineer

Job Purpose
Ensuring industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably to support continuous manufacturing activities.
Principal Responsibilities
Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods
Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
Diagnose breakdown problems & fix them with urgency.
Machine and layout improvement to enhance performance.
Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings, or components.
Monitor and control maintenance costs.
Work with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machineries at factory.
Providing technical support and training on new equipment
Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
Provide training to enhance competency of Maintenance Technicians.
Liaise with related personnel and Governmental bodies (DOE, DOSH) to ensure compliance to related regulations.
