About the Role
Job Description
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to schedule (lubrication, calibration, coolant change, alignment checks, etc.)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Conduct machine accuracy verification — spindle runout, repeatability, backlash, and axis calibration.
- Maintain maintenance records, PM checklist, and service reports.
- Support machine installation, relocation, and commissioning.
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related engineering field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC maintenance or precision machinery service.
- Strong knowledge in: Mazak, DMG machines, servo drive, spindle drive, PLC, and encoder systems.
- Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
