About the Role

Your tasks
We are currently looking for experienced Maintenance Engineer. The role supports production by defining and following preventive and predictive maintenance instructions. The aim being to have stable production with minimized time of breakdowns. The role works closely with production and NPI teams. Automation Engineer involves work across 2 manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).

Key tasks:

Definition of maintenance plan
Assurance that maintenance plan is followed
Elimination of breakdowns root causes
Analysing of break downs and update of maintenance plan if applicable
Minimizing break down time by quick elimination of stoppages root-cause
Assurance that Machine Directive is properly implemented
Supporting NPI team in implementation of new processes and in improving of existing processes
