Maintenance Engineer

1.    In charge, responsible and supervise the following technical groups:

Production equipment maintenance of Test Business unit and as where directed.

Equipment OEE improvement.

Equipment performance indices such as MTBA and MTBF

Define spare to stock up.

Performing regular inspections of equipment and scheduling maintenance or repairs.

Buy off equipment and Burn In Systems

Machine setup per loading plan

Relocation of equipment from one BU to another.

Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.

2.    Work closely with production to ensure equipment due for PM/Cal are released in timely manner.

3.    Guide and coach maintenance technicians of business unit to solve problems

4.    Work closely with product engineering team to maximize testing yield.

5.    Control and manage RnM expenses of Business unit and as where directed.
