About the Role
**Maintenance Engineer Fill & Pack, this is your challenge**
As a F&P Maintenance Engineer, your main focus is to determine the appropriate maintenance strategies and work on the correct implementation of maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our assets.
Ideal candidates will be knowledgeable about maintenance processes, equipment and are able to identify opportunities for improvement.
**As a Maintenance Engineer in the Fill & Pack department, you have the following responsibilities:**
Maintenance Performance and Reporting
• Monitor and ensure adherence to the required KPIs such as UPS, BDA, MTBF, maintenance cost.
• Create maintenance performance reports and recommendations for improvements
• Analyse and report coaching and training needs to Production (troubleshooting, CIL, CL) to enable autonomous operations
