Maintenance Engineer

Position: Maintenance Engineer Support maintenance and reliability engineering initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights, predictive tools (like XMPro), and automation to improve asset performance, uptime, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: Monitor and improve asset reliability using predictive analytics and condition-based maintenance practices Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and flows in XMPro (or similar tools) for real-time monitoring and decision support Perform reliability analysis (failure trends, root cause, performance metrics) and recommend improvements Support maintenance planning, incident analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to implement data-driven maintenance strategies Work with Python scripts for configuration, and integration of operational systems Mandatory skills: Experience in maintenance / reliability engineering (industrial or asset-heavy environments) ...
