Chelgrave Contracting is seeking experienced Mechanical Maintenance Coordinators and Supervisors to lead maintenance teams in leading FMCG processing plants around Melbourne.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise trades to support and ensure manufacturing team priorities are met
- Building relationship across production, engineering, and maintenance teams
- Support Lean manufacturing improvements and initiatives
- Maintain safety systems and standards
- Attend and provide input to operational and production meetings
- Contribute to identifying and implementing maintenance change initiatives
