• Communications between technicians, customers, plant engineering and planner.
• Prepare Summary of the day and pass over.
• Adhesion to KPI.
• Assignment of work order per technician.
• Consolidate inputs (MP, MCU, MCP) and coordinate work according to priorities (short term, daily, weekly)
• Communicate the actions plans and follow-up with customers and stakeholders (Notice of work)
• Carry out pre and post-intervention ''go-see'' operational in force.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in order to support.
• the preventive vision of the company
• Ensure proper monitoring of KPIs and manage discrepancy management.
• Perform RIPs (potential impact review)
• Write work permits.
• Assist / Support the maintenance leader.
