What Do You Need To Be Successful?

• 3‑5 years of building systems and maintenance experience, preferably within a multi‑residential asset class.
• Passion for providing an exceptional resident service experience through excellent communication skills.
• Someone that thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on‑call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends).
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC & mechanical systems, and painting.
• Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools.
• Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team, and independently.
