About the Role
POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance & Facilities Project Manager will provide support and technical leadership to all sites within the County’s portfolio including numerous non-profit housing providers, under the guidance of the Senior Maintenance & Facilities Engineer and assist in overseeing the development of capital plans, projects, and maintenance programs processes/practices. This will include advice on applicable legislation and standards, issues related to the buildings, building systems, landscaping, safety & security, equipment and capital improvements. The Project Manager will also assist with the supervision and daily activities of junior staff and co-op students.
