About the Role
- Execute routine maintenance tasks based on industry best practices and maintain breakdown reports, spare part records, and equipment history etc
- Electrical maintenance of HT, LT panel, switch gears, CNC machines, servo control and drives, PLC, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and utility systems etc
- Maintenance of process plants, press machines, CNC Grinding, & SPM etc.
- Work experience on Fanuc and siemens control.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of CNC machines.
- SAP and SAP PM module experience.
- Monitor and analyze MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
- Follow up with vendors for breakdown resolution and support.
- Conduct detailed analysis of breakdown tickets, prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and develop preventive action plans.
