Years of Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on technical and Architect experience on the Mainframe Platform as a whole (HW, SW, NW, OS and Security)

Technical requirements

• Mainframe Data Center Architecture (Metro Mirror, Global Mirror, MGM, 2/3/4 site GDPS & GDDR)
• Conversant with both IBM and EMC HW and Replication methodology. Hitachi optional.
• Mainframe Data Center Physical Planning and Design
• Experience in IBM z14, z15 & z16 Mainframe HW and Parallel Sysplex/GDPS-GDDR Setup
• Experience in both IBM and EMC Disk and Tape Storage hardware, software and replication.
• z/OS v2.x, JES2/JES3, DFSMS, SNA/VTAM & TCP/IP, RMF/SMF
