About the Role
Machinist is key position to support Heat Spreader Transfer Die stamping operations.
Main Role & responsibility is to Perform all machining operations like surface grinding, Milling to prepare Spare parts having very tight tolerances to improve tool quality and reduce outsourcing cost.
This position is Critical to maintain Tooling cost, since outsourcing of Tool preparation is 1.5X to 2X expensive than in-house preparation.
Key responsibilities.
+ Ability to operate Tool room machines like Surface Grinding, Lathe, Drilling, Milling etc. Tooling spare part preparation
+ Highly skilled to machine complex profiles & maintain micron level precision.
+ Ability to read engineering drawings and inspect machined parts using appropriate measuring tools.
+ Able to work in rotating day and night shift and work independently with least supervision.
+ Setup and perform regular maintenance...
