Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
This role initially involves a balanced focus, spending 50% of the time on the shop floor and 50% on programming or office tasks. Over time, the position will evolve into a role centered on larger projects and new processes as part of the transition to a supervisory position in process engineering.
Responsibilities
+ Engage in CNC machining process engineering and CNC programming.
+ Work collaboratively on the shop floor and within the office environment.
+ Develop and implement new machining processes and support plant operations.
+ Troubleshoot and redesign complex CNC machining processes as necessary.
+ Participate in project planning and execution for process improvements.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
