About the Role
Role Summary:
Maintain, diagnose, and repair specialised brake pad production equipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on specialised machineries.
Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical issues specific to friction presses, ovens, friction powder mixer, testing equipment and dynamometers.
Train junior technicians in equipment troubleshooting.
Specialized Expertise Required:
10+ years hands-on experience repairing brake production machinery.
Familiarity with proprietary PLC systems used in Chinese machines.
Expertise in minimizing downtime in high-volume factories.
Able to speak and understand Mandarin to be able to communicate with Chinese technicians and understand manuals written in Mandarin.
