InfraBuild Wire, in partnership with Chandler Macleod, is seeking reliable and safety-focused Machine Operators to join its operations team at the Mayfield site. This role involves operating fixed and mobile plant machinery within a steel manufacturing and processing environment. You will be part of a large, supportive team working to strict safety, quality, and production standards. Full training is provided, with genuine long-term and permanent opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate wire drawing, fencing, galvanising, and fence post press machinery
- Operate machines used to bend and cut bar, steel, and mesh products
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met
- Perform basic equipment checks and report faults or maintenance issues
